Dr. Guna Blumberga is a physician who practices classical homeopathy, acupuncture, and integrative medicine. She works primarily with chronic diseases, including allergic and respiratory conditions.

Clinical practice

Since 2009, she has run a private practice at the Riga Homeopathy Centre, where she provides individualized treatment based on classical homeopathy and integrative methods.

Education & training

She studied homeopathy at the Milan Centre of Homeopathy in Italy under Dr. Roberto Petrucci, then completed long-term studies at the Dr Isaac Academy of Classical Homeopathy in India and advanced training with Dr Spinedi in Switzerland. She has also trained in acupuncture and occupational medicine.

Academic & research work

She holds a PhD in Medicine from Aarhus University in Denmark, where she worked as a physician and researcher in the Department of Pulmonary Diseases. Her research was in respiratory medicine — asthma and allergic conditions.

Teaching

Dr. Blumberga is a guest lecturer at the Faculty of Medicine of Riga Stradiņš University, where she teaches integrative medicine courses. She has also been involved in training homeopathy residents.

Professional memberships

She is a board member of the Latvian Homeopathic Association and has published in international scientific journals and Latvian medical press.
